Located at 935 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623, White Spruce Dental operates as a dentist serving Rochester in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. In Rochester, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across New York, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (585) 424-5120. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, whitesprucedental.com.
Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 654 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded dentists in Rochester.
Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Itβs disappointing when an establishment chooses to mishandle a situation involving a child with autism and then responds by refusing to serve the family after receiving a negative review. Instead of showing empathy, taking accountability, or simply apologizing for how their staff handled the situation, they chose to focus on the fact that the experience was shared publicly. Being told βwe no longer want to service you because you blasted us to the worldβ says a lot about their priorities. A professional business should be willing to acknowledge when mistakes are made, especially when it involves a child and a family who trusted them. Reviews exist for customers to share honest experiences, and criticism should be met with accountabilityβnot retaliation. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service.

My son has been a patient at this dental office for quite some time, and weβve usually had positive experiences, especially with his regular dental hygienist. However, todayβs visit was extremely disappointing. My son has special needs, and consistency and familiarity are very important for his comfort and cooperation during appointments. Despite this, he was assigned a different hygienist without any prior notice or consideration for his needs. On top of that, we were made to wait while another patient who arrived after us was taken ahead of him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology at the time. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the only response I received was, βwe dropped the ball,β which felt dismissive and did not address the situation in a meaningful way. This entire experience showed a lack of communication, sensitivity, and respect for my sonβs needs. I truly hope this office takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements, especially when it comes to accommodating patients with special needs.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and everyone there was extremely nice. I am not originally from around this area and was nervous for my first appointment but they made everything very comfortable. They were quick and very professional.

I am a new patient and not a fan of dentistry (haven't seen a dentist in years). Dr. Nozik, his assistant and every staff member I encountered were wonderful. Following a gentle exam and x-rays, we reviewed each of my teeth on a television monitor. I have many old "metal" fillings from childhood that are falling out. He suggested an affordable plan for restoration that I am very comfortable with. If you're putting off a visit to the dentist due to past negative experiences, give WSD a try. You won't be disappointed.
